This photo was taken downtown – and I’m pretty certain it was very early in the morning. What made me want to share this photo is the stars that I am able to see on the close-up; a detail I’m unsure that I had been aware of when I was actually taking the photo. You can kind of see the white dots everywhere…. those are the stars…

What are someone else’s memories worth to me? Five dollars I guess… a month or two ago this old slide projector caught my eye at the thrift store, so I opened it up for inspection. While I don’t need a projector, I wanted what was inside – about 20 slides dating around the 50s-60s (I will need your help picking out clues to determine the timeframe, especially when I share more of them).

These are some neat shots of some ladies by the pool sunbathing, diving and yes, posing on the diving board!
