I’ve always had a camera attached to my hand since I was a kid – my parents supplied me with an endless amount of disposable cameras, then finally purchased my first SLR camera at the age of 16 so I could take photography classes in high school. The rest is kind of history. I started this photo journal in the fall of 2007 for many reasons – the obvious is I simply love taking pictures, finding the beauty in surroundings that sometimes are otherwise overlooked.

I have a  collection of vintage and antique cameras that just keeps on growing. All the photos you view on this blog are with a Nikon D80 or Canon SD4000 IS unless otherwise stated.
